Spa, the data controller (henceforth “Holder”), wishes to inform you of the following: Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 “Code regarding the protection of personal data”, regulates the procedures for the collection, processing, storage and possible communication and \/ or dissemination of personal data, specifying the rights and duties of the parties concerned. The processing of personal data by the Data Controller (or by controlling and controlled companies, also the Data Controllers) complies with the provisions in force.<\/p>\n

Data collection <\/strong>
\nThe data of the private users are collected by the Data Controller exclusively through the compilation of certain forms (hereinafter referred to as “forms”) proposed “on line” on the website. The Data Controller collects the data of the companies both “on line” on the website, both through direct contact and the signing of contracts.<\/p>\n

Purpose of processing <\/strong>
\nThe data collected through the site, treated in a lawful manner and according to principles of correctness, will be used, subject to the user’s consent, in order to obtain the services provided on the site. The processing of data can be aimed at detecting the degree of satisfaction of the visitor and user on the quality of services rendered. The processing of data may be directed to the fulfillment of the purposes of information and commercial promotion of products distributed by the company and by third parties.
\nThe sending of emails to the addresses possibly present in the site, involves the acquisition by the Company of the address of the sender. This address, together with other personal data collected, is necessary to respond to requests sent and to provide the services specifically requested. The data are processed in paper and \/ or electronic format, through the use of automated procedures, and is performed directly by the organization of the Data Controller or by parties external to that organization, as Data Processors and \/ or Trustees, as well as by Service companies, as managers and \/ or persons in charge of processing. Appropriate security measures are envisaged to prevent incorrect or illegal use of data, access by unauthorized parties and loss of data.<\/p>\n

Nature of providing data<\/strong>
\nThe conferment of data is optional, but a refusal by the interested party will make it impossible for the Data Controller to process the requests and complete the requested services.<\/p>\n

Treatment modes <\/strong>
\nThe Owner processes the data in compliance with regulatory obligations, ensuring full compliance with the law, contractual and regulations. The registration and processing of data takes place in paper and computer, with logic strictly related to the purposes mentioned above and, however, in order to ensure the security and confidentiality of data. The Data Controller processes personal data and processes them either directly or through the work of other parties who will act as managers, internal or possibly external to the structure of the owner, or in the capacity of agents.<\/p>\n

Data security <\/strong>
\nThe data collected and processed are protected with physical and logical methods that minimize the risks of unauthorized access, disclosure, loss and destruction of data, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196\/2003 and the annex “Disciplinary technical”.
\nScope of communication and dissemination of data
\nThe data provided by the user are communicated and used exclusively by the owner and by any company named responsible for processing. Where specified, for some services, the data are communicated to companies that collaborate or use the services of the Owner, with the sole intent of providing the services requested by the user. In these cases the companies are independent owners, and the owner is not responsible for the processing of data on their part. The Owner is also not responsible for the contents and compliance with the Privacy legislation by sites from the unmanaged Owner referred to.<\/p>\n

Data transfer abroad <\/strong>
\nPersonal data collected through the site, may be transferred outside the national territory, solely and exclusively for the execution of the services requested through the site and in compliance with the specific provisions of the Code.<\/p>\n

\nThe owner is not responsible for the measures taken to protect privacy or for the contents published by other websites. Please refer to the privacy policy available on the individual sites.<\/p>\n

Duration of treatment <\/strong>
\nThe processing of data will last no longer than necessary to meet the purpose of the collection, namely the storage of search criteria, notification, publication of announcements and contact of agencies. Therefore, the processing will last until the data subject decides to cancel the data entered, by communication to the Data Controller.<\/p>\n

Rights of the interested party <\/strong>
\nArticle 7 of the aforementioned decree confers on the person concerned the exercise of specific rights. In particular, the interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data, even if not yet registered, and that such data are made available in an intelligible form. You can also ask to know the origin of the data, the logic, the purposes and the modalities on which the treatment is based as well as the identification details of the Data Controller, the Data Processor, the Representative in the territory of the State and the subjects \/ categories to which they can the data will be communicated or they may come to the knowledge as designated representative in the State, of Managers or Persons in Charge. You can obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law as well as the updating, rectification or, if there is interest, the integration of data; it can also obtain certification that these operations have been brought to the knowledge of which the data have been communicated; can object, for legitimate reasons, to the treatment itself.<\/p>\n
